About Me
Service through knowledge and beauty.
I am passionate about spirituality, psychology, knowledge, and service. My deepest intention is to provide a safe, confidential, and grounded space for healing, self-discovery, and sustainable psychological transformation.
As an avid seeker of knowledge, I am committed to continuous learning—spending a few hours each day studying both modern psychological frameworks and ancient spiritual wisdom. This dedication allows me to remain relevant and practically useful in a fast-paced world while supporting clients navigating their own inner journeys.
Clinical Experience & Background
My practice is built on a solid foundation of rigorous academic study, supervised clinical work, and teaching:
- Supervised Counselling: Over 1000 hours, working with neurotypical and autistic individuals across short, mid, and long-term engagements.
- Supervision & Academia: 125 hours of experience as a supervisor. Formerly an Assistant Professor of Psychology at Anugraha College (Dindigul), teaching undergraduate and postgraduate courses in counseling theories, psychotherapy, and rehabilitation.
- Training: Active staff facilitator across 9 Counselor Training Programs (CTPs).
- Diverse Life Experience: Before dedicating my life to mental health, I spent 11 years sailing with Anglo-Eastern (Hong Kong), rising through the ranks from Deck-Cadet to 2nd Officer. This unique background grounds my ability to navigate high-pressure environments with perspective, calm, and responsibility.
Education & Frameworks
My therapeutic approach integrates psychodynamic and humanistic traditions with elements of Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT) and clinical hypnosis.
